Progatti Paint Protection Film
Original Italian Film with a 12-Year Warranty
When choosing protection film for your car, material quality matters — but what matters more is who will stand behind it 5 and 10 years from now. Progatti is an Italian PPF, and Dr Protect is its exclusive authorized agent in Egypt. That means you get the original material straight from the source, a written 12-year warranty, and a free check-up every 6 months at our branches.
Who Is Progatti?
Progatti is an Italian brand specializing in automotive paint protection films (PPF). The film is made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), a clear, flexible material that bonds to the original paint and takes the daily hits for it: flying stones, friction scratches, wash swirls and sun rays.
In the Egyptian market you'll see the Progatti name written several ways in Arabic, but they all refer to the same brand — and its only official source in Egypt is Dr Protect.
Exclusive agency isn't just a title; it's what allows us to offer a written 12-year warranty and honor it, because the material reaches us directly from its source.
What Makes Progatti Film Stand Out?
Self-healing scratches
The top layer closes light surface scratches automatically with sun heat or warm water.
Yellowing resistance
The film keeps its clarity for years, even through Egypt's summer heat.
Two thicknesses for your use
190 microns for daily driving, and 240 microns for frequent travel and luxury cars.
Gloss or matte
Either keep the original paint's shine, or give your car a matte look without repainting.
Our longest warranty
A written 12-year warranty, compared with 10 years for other brands.
Check-ups every 6 months
Free inspection and maintenance throughout the warranty at your nearest branch.

How We Install Progatti Film
12 to 24 hours for full coverage, and you receive your car with its warranty certificate.
Inspection and paint check
We document the paint condition first, and recommend polishing if there are scratches that need treatment.
Surface preparation
Deep wash and removal of grease and wax residue so the film bonds well.
Cutting Progatti to fit your car
By machine, using the model database, with no sharp tools used on the paint.
Installation and edge wrapping
In a clean, enclosed space, with edges wrapped inside the panels so the film stays invisible.
Inspection and warranty handover
Every panel is checked under strong lighting, then you receive your 12-year warranty certificate.
Progatti Projects at Dr Protect
Progatti Who Is It For?
- If your car is new and you plan to keep it for years: the 12-year warranty covers almost your entire ownership.
- If your car is luxury or dark-colored and every scratch shows.
- If you want a matte look without repainting the car.
- If resale value matters to you: intact original paint raises the car's price.
To be honest: like any protection film, Progatti reduces damage from scratches and minor impacts, but it doesn't prevent damage from serious accidents, nor does it fix scratches that existed before installation.
